“I start by caressing her face with the tips of my fingers (mainly middle finger and sometimes add index finger), very gently, barely even touching her (an example would be like trying to touch your hair on your hands or arms but not touching your skin) move them from the side of her eyes to her neck then to her ears to her lips, all of this in a slow motion. During this motion, my eyes are locked with hers and as soon as I touch her lips with my fingers, I close my eyes and slowly start moving my lips closer to hers meanwhile start moving my fingers back to the side of her eyes. As our lips touch, it is a gentle peck on her lips, my eyes are closed this whole time.” – Eric A.
“The best kisses have always been those of passion, those in passion. I really liked it when the heat between us got unbearable and he just pushed me up against wall and kissed me deep and hard, with his hands on face, in my hair, on my back, everywhere. This was with my then boyfriend and it was more sexual than romantic and we were kissing pretty much everywhere.” – Anonymous
“Apart from the physical texture, I think what makes a guy a good kisser would be actually noticing and following the rhythm or tension with the woman. I can’t really explain it but rhythm and tension is the closest word I can get to describing the feeling.
For example, in dancing, no matter how much you know the steps by yourself it is completely useless if you and your partner have… offbeat rhythms. It just looks awkward and uncomfortable. But if you and your partner sways and flows with the rhythm and the pushing and pulling tension together while having chemistry, now that’s going to be spectacular.” – Hazel C.
“I absolutely love it when a guy kisses me and I have no idea it is going to happen. I love being caught off guard in that department. I was on a date once and we had just finished lunch. As I was hailing my cab to go back to work, said date just spun me around grabbed me and gave me a kiss out of a movie. It was long, passionate and so romantic. I was like WOW! ” – Jeannie L.
“I go slow for the first few minutes… to warm up, you know?
Then, I press my lips a little harder against his and move my hands from his chest to around his neck. I leave my arms draped loosely around his neck for the remainder of the time. He holds me around the back in a hug-like manner — or, my preferred way, his arms around my waist. If he’s too tall, he can kiss me by picking me up. I also like sitting on his lap to kiss.” – Jen Z.
“We sat in the hallway at school and held hands. I kissed his cheek, then kissed his nose, then his cheek right next to his lips, then his lips.
The rush of happiness and relief I felt was unreal. He kept kissing me and kissing me and he wouldn’t stop smiling. ” – Brenda W.
“Each one desires to be kissed differently with some common ground.
The breathless open mouth. The teasing tongue. The surprised nibble on the edge of the lips. The kiss on the left as many kisses on the neck shoulders cheek, ear… How you grab her by the cheek, how you stroked her hair all can enhance or lack thereof can diminish.” – Jeffrey C.
“It’s not only what you do with your lips that matters, but also what you do with your hands. During a romantic kiss, I’ll run my fingers through my husband’s hair. For a rougher, sexier kiss, I’ll scratch my nails down his back or grab his shirt and pull him towards me.” – Lee D.
“I like a closed mouth kiss. Lean in and very slowly make the gentle lip to lip contact. Slow enough to get a little time of breathing their air. I call that sharing air. Then there can be some slight movement of the head for each with small movements of the mouth.” – Will W.
“Before kissing a part of my guy’s body – like his neck, stomach, or thighs – I’ll breathe warm air across the area. It heightens the anticipation so that when I finally touch my mouth to his skin, it feels even more intense.” – Caitlin G.
“I like to start off very playful with quick pecks. Almost like a rapid fire. Then I do what I would call a ‘full’ kiss then go further from there. More pressure. Longer contact. Then it gets to open mouth & so on.” – Jedara R.
“It was midnight. I was sitting on a rooftop with my best friend, talking. I was pouring out my troubles. He put his arm around me, quietly. Then I pulled him closer and hugged him tightly. He leaned in and smelt my hair, like it was the most natural thing he’d ever done.
When we pulled apart, I looked into his deep eyes and knew he was the one. I didn’t pause to think because it felt too right. I brushed my lips against his eagerly awaiting ones and kissed him fiercely. ” – Anonymous
“I don’t know why I find this so embarrassing that I have to go Anon User on it, but here it is: Before I ever had my first kiss, I practiced on a pillow. I’d seen plenty of movies, I had the basic idea, but I was nervous because I’d never actually tried it out. I guess it worked, because the first guy I kissed absolutely could not believe that was my first time kissing. ” – Anonymous
“Well personally, keep that tongue to yourself for the most part, unless you know how to use it. Nothing more gross than some guy trying to stick this meaty thing down your throat.” – Mary J.
“Relax! It’s not that complicated, be smooth and gentle. keep it short if you actually do kiss her. See how she responds to what you do and react accordingly.” – Kai H.
